What Does It Do ?
This
function compares two values and tests whether they are exactly the same.
If the numbers
are the same the result will be 1, otherwise the result is 0.
It only
works with numbers, text values produce a result of #VALUE.
The
formatting of the number is not significant, so numbers which appear rounded
due
to the
removal of decimal places will still match correctly with non rounded values.
